Payment and shipping

The following conditions apply:

Shipping costs (including VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

  • We charge a flat shipping fee of €2.95 per order.
  • For orders over €29.00 we offer free shipping.

Deliveries to Austria:

  • We charge a flat shipping fee of €9.95 per order.
  • For orders over €90.00 we offer free shipping.

Deliveries abroad:

  • We charge a flat rate for shipping abroad as follows: 16.95

Delivery times

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, delivery of the goods will take place within Germany within 3 - 5 days, and for deliveries abroad within 5 - 7 days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the date of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship them together unless we have agreed otherwise. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item you ordered with the longest delivery time.

  • Cat is relaxed

    I didn't have great expectations for the cat treats, more like a small hope that they would help our older cat to be less fearful of the new addition. Unfortunately, he's become very withdrawn since a second cat came along, even wetting the bed in protest, etc. To our surprise, however, the crackers worked really well. After just the first portion, he was noticeably more relaxed and approachable, and he immediately enjoyed them. After a week of eating three of them every day, he's almost back to his old self and is even becoming a bit more curious about his new friend—lucky him! Definitely worth a try!
